Solubilization unit

Electrolysis unit

The dewatered product from the filter presses is then transferred to the electrolysis hall. This hall, which includes electrolysis ponds with lead anodes and plum-mini-cathode cathodes at both ends of the pool, uses electrified energy to electrolyze the prepared solution and zinc elements. It absorbs from the solution and at the end, the resulting sheet is separated from the cells and sent to the next step.

Casting unit

The sheets obtained from the electrolysis unit in this unit are cast with the help of a melting furnace and in special molds, which result in ingots with dimensions of 40 x 20 x 6 cm, weighing about 25 kg.
